Restrictions - Purchases by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the UK where UK Vapour Brands Limited ("UKVB”) is registered. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products. UKVB will not sell our products to minors. UKVB reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

Notice - The purchase of products from UKVB is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection - Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission.

Descriptions - The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction - This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which UKVB and the reseller hereby submit.

Liability - To the extent allowed by the law, UKVB shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances: for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of UKVB or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Payment - Payment is due before goods are despatched, UKVB reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards or BACS transfer.

Prices - Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by UKVB without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.

Cancellations - UKVB reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Details of what we collect and why below:

Username and password - This is so we can keep your information safe and so that we can have your information to hand each time you visit us.

Name, address and postcode - Without this we won't know where to send your order or to whom. We also use postcodes to quickly get your full address to save you typing it out, and in some cases to identify whether we deliver or offer services in your area.

Age / Date of birth – We operate a strict over 18 only policy on our sites and we may need to verify that you are eligible to purchase goods from us. No information may be submitted to UKVB by persons under the age of 18. Nor may persons under the age of 18 make purchases or other legal acts on this Site.

Email address - We send a confirmation of your orders via email.

Telephone numbers - If there are any problems with your order or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you.

Payment card number, expiry date, issue no and name of card holder – When you purchase a product or service we need these details so we can collect payment in the same way as when we take payment in a store via chip and pin. We do not store any card data.

UKVB Ltd will on its own initiative, or at your request, replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data retained by UKVB in connection with the operation of this Site.

Correspondence - If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.

IP Addresses - When you visit our site, we will automatically receive your IP address, a unique identifier for your computer or other access device.

Title to Goods

Property and title in the goods shall remain with UKVB and shall not pass to the customer until such time as UKVB has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.

We use some images from our suppliers after their permission has been given and the copyright remains with them.
