The role of Marketing Manager is a central role to the company's strategy to expose further the brand and its multiple routes to market. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the company's marketing plan, supporting and maximising partnerships and organising trade shows, along with development and delivery of product marketing campaigns, advertising plans and the support to the company's network of wholesale businesses.

Wholesale Account Manager - UKVB

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Account Manager to join UK Vapour Brands, the UK's largest and fastest growing independent vaping product manufacturing and importation group of companies.

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing an existing account portfolio of resellers, growing sales to agreed targets.
  • Help generate new store leads from existing portfolio, and progress with project team.
  • Progress new business leads working with Wholesale New Store Opening Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinator.
  • Maintain account relationships through regular contact by phone, email and face-to-face meetings at HQ.
  • Work closely with accounts to advised on sales and marketing campaigns, sharing best practise from the reseller network.
  • Continual communication of new products, sharing product specs, benefits and suitable promotion ideas.
  • Regular review of reseller social media channels, making recommendations and sharing best practises through the network.
  • Regular review of reseller product matrix to help with business development.
  • To review regularly with Wholesale Operations Manager progress made against agreed supportive reseller actions.
  • To attend reseller visits as required with Wholesale Operation and New Store Opening Managers.

Personal Specification:

  • Desire to work as part of the team whilst understanding own responsibility to get the job done.
  • Proven track record of business development within a focussed account group.
  • Must have worked within the vaping industry for a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Helpful, proactive and customer service focussed attitude.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi task, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment.
  • Clean UK Drivers Licence.

Night Security Guard - UKVB

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Security Guard to join UK Vapour Brands in January 2018, a fast-paced and consistently growing vaping company. 


Location: Accrington, Lancashire 

The Role:

  • As a Night Security Guard, you will be responsible for the security of the new bespoke building and grounds', ensuring it is safe and secure outside of normal working hours. 
  • Hours will be worked 4 nights on, 4 nights off on a rota basis. 


The successful candidate will: 

  • Have experience in operating technical equipment like CCTV.
  • Ideally, hold a full driving licence valid in the UK.
  • Have specific experience of night security.
  • Have a good understanding of best practice within the security industry.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Hold a valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence (Desirable).
  • First Aid at Work Certificate, and experience of providing first aid, would also be advantageous.

  • Responsible for the Wholesale team portfolio of accounts
  • Ensure adherence to current procedures and practices, create and implement new procedures and strategies to generate new customer sales and increase revenue from existing customers
  • Monitor, deliver and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead and develop the team, to achieve individual and team targets
  • Deliver achievement of daily target expectations and team workload
  • Delegate the daily actions to the team
  • Monitor and attain monthly sales targets
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers via regular site visits
  • Evaluate after sales customer satisfaction
  • Managing other wholesale team duties as required.

Accounts Assistant - TW

Responsibilities and Duties of our Accounts Assistant:

Purchase Ledger Duties

  • Check purchase invoices received against SAP Business One purchase order system
  • Check purchase invoices against delivery notes or POD's from suppliers
  • Process PO supported invoices into SAP
  • Respond appropriately to PO and Purchase Invoice queries, and escalate accordingly to ensure resolution
  • Process expenses claims
  • Credit card reconciliation


Sales Ledger Duties

  • Create Pro-forma and standard Invoices
  • Produce weekly customer statements


General Accounting Duties

  • Collate invoices for payment on regular and ad-hoc payment runs.
  • Update bank accounts on daily basis and reconcile either daily or weekly.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.


Skills and qualifications needed to become our Accounts Assistant:

Essential

  • 3 years demonstrable accounting experience in a purchase ledger and/or sales ledger role
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads
  • Can do, team-based attitude.


Desirable

  • AAT part qualified or qualified or equivalent
  • Retail and / or wholesale experience
  • SAP experience.
